We can’t wait for you to discover the power of intentional movement at A23, where the principles of classical Pilates meet with dynamic technique and precision.

Our light-filled studio right next to Zurich main station features the balanced body allegro 1 Reformer alongside premium Pilates equipment from Sissel and Bala.

With a maximum of six participants in each group class, everyone is assured individual attention while still enjoying the thrill of an energizing and uplifting group setting.

For a more tailored and personalised experience, we offer private and duet classes designed to focus on you – your individual goals, needs, and preferences. 

In order to ensure an uninterrupted class, we have a separate room with a waiting area, changing room and lockers for your personal belongings. The studio opens 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. 

You will find public parking spaces right in front of the studio.
